With extensive knowledge of community association management law, financial management, and maintenance requirements and standards for Associations, Laura provides her communities, board members, and owners with outstanding customer service and prompt communication which emphasizes positive involvement and exceptional long-term superior management.
Her expertise includes small townhouses and condominium developments to large multi-acre single-family home communities and her knowledge and straightforward attitude have established quality, loyal vendor relationships.
