Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, Section 8 Housing Vouchers do have to be considered and counted towards the Applicants income. However, Section 8 Applicants do have to meet the regular screening requirements. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, our Real Estate Brokers and Property Managers are licensed. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, Tenants can reach us for after hours emergencies.
Yes, we can be available after hours to our Owners for special circumstances with a scheduled appointment.

Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we do offer ACH payments for our Owners and Vendors. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
While the lease can be made available to you upon request we do not typically share it. Our Property Manager will sign the lease as Agent for the Landlord.

Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, our Property Manager is a licensed experienced Sales Agent. We also have a full team of Sales Agents to choose from so you can always find the right fit. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Our Owner Disbursement is done between the 20th and 25th. -
How is rent collection handled?
Our Property Management team will handle rent collections for you. Our Tenants can pay through a number of ways, including online. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Our lease is typically 12 months long but we do make efforts to structure the lease end date at a time of year to yield the best results for locating a new Tenant and obtaining higher rents. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We typically collect a Security Deposit equal to one months rent in addition to a Last Months Rent Deposit. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We are able to expedite our onboarding process if you require it. Call us to discuss timing. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage a diversified portfolio or Rentals ranging from Condos, Townhomes, Single Family Homes, Ranches, Homeowners Associations and Short Stay Rentals. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Each month we will send you an Owner Statement breaking down your Income and expenses. Your Owner packet can be customized to include any reports you or your accountant may need. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Property Professionals will hold your Security Deposit and Last Months Rent in our Escrow Account designated for deposits.
