Originally from New Jersey, Tom moved to Carbondale, Colorado in 1999. His nearly 30-year construction background started in New Jersey where he worked on public works school projects to building beach front homes. The unparalleled outdoor recreation of the Western Slope and construction opportunities in Aspen were the main draw to the area.
Since moving to Colorado, Tom has been a superintendant and contractor on custom homes and commercial buildings in Aspen. He has done everything from home care services for some of the most exclusive clients in Aspen to maintenance on section 8 housing in Grand Junction. Tom’s license has been active since 2012, he is Currently a member of the Glenwood Springs Board of Realtors. Tom has also been a member of the Grand Junction Area REALTOR Association and The Vail Board of Realtors in the past.
With an emphasis on commercial and investor residential, he understands the economic dynamic of the Western Slope. Tom now serves both residential and commercial Real Estate clients in the lower Roaring Fork Valley and the I-70 corridor between The Eagle County Airport and The Garfield County Airport.
